When I saw this fringe tunic at TopShop, I needed to have it. I loved the way the fringe moves as you walk, and the price tag wasn’t bad either (only $60!) It’s definitely a little short, so you need to wear tights or leggings (I covered up further by wearing my flat over the knee boots.) I never thought of myself as a fringe girl, but this just makes me want to dance!

My friend Felicia (from This That Beauty) has the most beautiful headband. It looks like jewelry. I think it’s from Jennifer Behr. Seeing her out and about at one of many holiday parties inspired me… and made me think. You can toss your hair in a messy bun and still look amazing with a headband like that. So, I set out to make my own. And as luck would have it, it was rather easy…
Stripe Finds // Little discoveries you'll love
My girlfriends are always shocked when I tell them I buy nearly all of my beanies at Forever 21. Their classic “skater beanie” is my favorite. It fits amazingly, is super warm, and comes in 15 colors! Neon yellow, hot pink, ice blue… and the best part? They’re only $2.80 each!
This is, most definitely, the perfect striped t-shirt. The thick fabric won’t cling, and it’s incredibly well made (especially when you consider its under-$30 price tag.) It’s available in five color combinations, and while I’m partial to the cream/navy, I love them all.
I discovered Mister Marvelous by Byredo, rather accidentally: I had a bunch of samples and thought I was putting on something else. Alas, I fell in love with the warm and woody fragrance. Though it’s meant for the boys, the neroli flower + green lavender make it a nice choice for the ladies, too!
